Watchers is a peer-to-peer based app designed to promote accountability in law enforcement and its interactions with the public. Watchers is a community of people who are ready to act as local witnesses when an alert is sent.
Anyone with the app can send an alert to other users in the area who are online, and those users will receive the location of the person who sent the alert. The video feature allows the witnesses to record the interaction.
